Quotes & Estimates

Estimates provided through the Site, phone, or email are non-binding until a site visit is conducted and a formal written quote is written and approved. Final pricing may vary based on property access, tree condition, and other unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. 

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on crew availability. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or safety concerns. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

 

4. 

Site Access & Safety

Clients agree to provide safe and reasonable access to their property, including gates, driveways, and work areas. Please keep children and pets clear of the work zone during service. We reserve the right to stop work if conditions are unsafe.

Arbor Task Tree Service Ltd. is insured with Worksafebc.

Only registered employees or privately licensed and insured contractors are permitted to conduct services for Arbor Task Tree Service Ltd.

Liability Disclaimer

We take great care in our work, but we are not liable for:

• Damage to underground utilities not properly marked

• Pre-existing property damage or weak structures

• Delays due to weather or circumstances beyond our control

Clients are responsible for securing necessary permits or approvals unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We carry liability insurance and will provide proof on request.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed. We accept cheques and e-transfers. Unpaid balances may incur late fees and collection costs.
